Once you have registered for GXS TradeWeb, your Company Trading Center is your starting place each time you sign on.
Your Company Trading Center provides access to all features of the GXS TradeWeb service. Like all the GXS TradeWeb pages, your Company Trading Center is divided into three frames.
This frame displays the title of the page you are currently viewing. It also lets you quickly move to the GXS TradeWeb site and your Company Trading Center as well as sign off of the service.

| GXS TradeWeb | Displays the GXS TradeWeb site (except while in the Help System). This does not sign off of your current session. |
| Help | Displays the Help system. The topic displayed varies depending on the service page displayed. |
| Ask GXS TradeWeb | Displays a form you can fill out to request assistance from GXS TradeWeb Client Support. This icon display is available only while viewing your Company Trading Center or a Help page. |
| Company Trading Center | Returns to your Company Trading Center from any other service page while signed on. |
| Sign Off | Ends your current GXS TradeWeb session. |
This frame varies depending on the service page you are currently working with. On the Company Trading Center, you have the following options.

| New EDI Form | Starts the process of creating a message from a blank form or previously saved template form. |
| Template Library | Displays a list of forms you have created and saved as templates. |
| Your Trading Partners | Displays your personal directory that contains a list of all Trading Partners with whom you currently trade. Trading partners must exist in your personal directory before you can send messages to them. |
| Global Directory | Lets you browse or search through all current subscribers and sponsors to find potential trading opportunities and add Trading Partners to your personal directory. |
| Join Association | Displays a list of Associations from which you can choose one to join. Remember, membership in an Association is restricted -- you need the Association access code. |
| GXS TradeWeb Tutorial | Learn about the GXS TradeWeb features and how to use them. |
| Update your Account | Lets you keep your account current with activities such as

| In Box | Displays a list of messages you have received. These messages are stored for 45 days after they are read. |
| Out Box | Displays a list of messages you have created and saved. |
| Sent Box | Displays a list of messages you have sent over the past 45 days. |
This frame displays the content of the feature you select. This is your "working area," where you will enter and review data.

After you sign on you can easily move around in the service by clicking on icons and buttons.

GXS TradeWeb has a navigation frame, on the left side of your screen, to assist you in using the features of the service. The options in the navigation frame vary depending on the page you are working with in the content frame.
In general, the options allow you to move quickly to the various sections of long pages and perform actions available for the current page.

GXS TradeWeb stores your EDI messages in message boxes accessible from your Company Trading Center. When you sign on, GXS TradeWeb automatically displays

If a message is scheduled for deletion within the next 7 days, TradeWeb displays a trash can icon with the number of days remaining indicated in red.
