Maintaining your GXS TradeWeb Account

This section provides instructions for performing account maintenance tasks, such as how frequently you are billed.

GXS TradeWeb lets you view your account information, including items that have incurred charges and individual transactions, for the current Billing Period as well as the two prior Billing Periods.

Keep in mind while viewing the information that

1 To view your account information, from your Company Trading Center page, click the Account Maintenance icon. The Account Maintenance page appears.

2 Click the View Account Information action. The Account Information page appears displaying details for the current billing period.

3 If you want to view information for a different billing period, do the following.

  1. Click the View Other Billing Period action.

  2. Select the billing period you want to view.

  3. Click the View Selected Billing Period action.

4 What type of information do you want to view?

  • To view the number of messages sent during this billing period, click the Account Status option.

  • To view the items incurring charges during this billing period, click the Account Charges option.

  • To view the individual messages sent during this billing period,click the Account Transactions option.



Change your Payment Information

Important You can not switch between direct invoice, credit card, and bank debit payment methods. You can only change the information on your current payment method.

To change credit card or debit card information, contact your local Global eXchange Services office during normal business hours, and provide the following information.
Information needed for CREDIT card Information needed for DEBIT card
  • Type of card
  • Account number
  • Expiration date
  • Name on card
  • Name and address of issuer
  • Bank Sort Code (ABA Number)
  • Account Number
  • Account number key (required in France)




Cancel your TradeWeb Subscription

To cancel your GXS TradeWeb subscription, contact your local Global eXchange Services office during normal business hours. Note that no credits are issued for canceled subscriptions.

Your subscription will be canceled immediately and you will no longer be able to sign on and access the Company Trading Center.





Reinstate your TradeWeb Subscription
