When you registered for GXS TradeWeb, you can chose to pay for your subscription on an annual, monthly, or pay-as-you-go basis. However, you may change your billing option once every 12 months. Changes become effective at the end of the current billing schedule.

For example, if you are currently on a Monthly billing schedule and want to change to an Annual billing schedule, the change takes effect at the beginning of the next month.

Step	Action
1	To change your billing option, from your Company Trading Center page, click the Account Maintenance icon. The Account Maintenance page appears.
2	Click the Change Account Options action. The Account Options page appears.
3	Select the billing schedule you want to change to. Note If you change from an Annual subscription with E-Mail Notification, to a Monthly or Pay-as-You-Go subscription with E-Mail Notification, you will be charged for the E-Mail Notification Service.
4	When you are done changing your account options, select the Save Changes action. A confirmation page appears stating the effective date of the change.

Remember You cannot change your billing schedule option more than once every twelve months.

You can activate or deactivate the E-Mail Notification Service option at any time.

1	To change your E-Mail Service option, from your Company Trading Center page, click the Account Maintenance icon. The Account Maintenance page appears.
2	Click the Change Account Options action. The Account Options page appears.
3	Scroll down to the E-Mail Notification Service section.
4	Select the change you want to make. Or, if you currently subscribe to the E-Mail Notification Service, you can change the e-mail address here.
5	When you are done, select the Save Changes action. A confirmation page appears stating the effective date of the change.
