Print a TradeWeb Page or Form

As described in the Move Around in GXS TradeWeb section, TradeWeb pages and forms are in three different frames on the window.

The frame at the top of the window contains information such as the title.
The frame on the left side of the window contains information such as a Send Now or other action icon.
The frame in the center of the window contains the page text or form information. This is the area where most actions occur.

To print a page or form

Step	Action
1	Place your mouse cursor on the area of the window you want to print -- that is, the center area of the window where the page or form information is.

2	Click once on this area. Although nothing happens that you can see, this action tells the system which area (frame) of the window to print.

3	Move your mouse cursor up to your browser toolbar and click the Print button.

4	Select your print options and click OK.

Tip The Print function automatically defaults to the top frame. Therefore, if your printed page has "GXS TradeWeb Document Reader" displayed on the top, you didn't perform Steps 1 and 2 above.
