Any file that you import must be in the spreadsheet .CSV format, and contain very specific definitions for the column headers of the message file you want to upload. The Input Form page provides you with an FFO (Form Field Order) file that contains the specific column headers that you need for your Invoice, PO, etc.

The following is a sample from an FFO file, where

Invoice Number=InvInfoMs1_InvoiceNumber
Invoice Date=InvInfoMs1_InvoiceDate
Invoice Type=InvInfoMs1_InvoiceTypeCode
PO Number=SharedInfoMs1_PoNumber
Order Status=InvInfoMs1_OrderStatus
Order Status Date=InvInfoMs1_OrderStatusDate
Line 1 Quantity Ordered=LineItem1_QuantityOrdered
Line 1 Unit Code=LineItem1_UnitCode
Line 1 Unit Price=LineItem1_UnitPrice
Line 1 Total=LineItem1_Total
Line 1 Product Description=LineItem1_ProdDesc
Line 1 Reference Type 1=LineItem1_ProdSrvcQual1
Line 1 Reference Description 1=LineItem1_ProdSrvcId1
Line 1 Reference Type 2=LineItem1_ProdSrvcQual2
Line 1 Reference Description 2=LineItem1_ProdSrvcId2
Line 2 Quantity Ordered=LineItem2_QuantityOrdered
Line 2 Unit Code=LineItem2_UnitCode
Line 2 Unit Price=LineItem2_UnitPrice

You can either view or download the FFO file for any spreadsheet message file that you want to upload. When you map the FFO column headers to your file columns, note that

To view or download an FFO file from the Input Form page, follow these steps.
1 On the Company Trading Center page, click the New EDI Form icon in the navigation frame.
