How to Start Trading with a Community Sponsor

GXS TradeWeb information topics

In GXS TradeWeb, a sponsor is not a subscriber of the service. Rather, sponsors are typically large EDI-enabled companies trying to extend the reach of their EDI programs. These companies maintain a profile in the GXS TradeWeb Directory, and have configured their EDI systems to exchange EDI messages through GXS TradeWeb.

These companies sponsor closed Trading Communities. This means that only approved subscribers can exchange EDI messages with the company.
