GXS TradeWeb provides many means for finding answers to your questions. Before placing a call, do the following.

GXS TradeWeb Client Support

Because GXS TradeWeb is an international service, days and hours of operation are subject to the policies of the organization in individual countries. In the U.S., GXS TradeWeb Client Support representatives are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern Time. You can contact them by either mail or telephone.

How to reach GXS TradeWeb Client Support

To send a mail message to the support organization, follow these steps.

The message is routed to the person best able to solve the problem. You will receive a response via electronic mail before the end of the next business day.

1 From your Company Trading Center or any Help page, click the Ask GXS TradeWeb icon.

The Ask GXS TradeWeb page appears.


2 Scroll down to the Tell us about yourself section.

3 If necessary, type or change your name, phone number and e-mail address.

4 Complete the information related to your system setup.

5 From the links provided on the page, choose the area on the form that most closely matches the problem you have encountered.

6 Specify the problem you are having.

7 When you finish, click the Submit Request action in the navigation frame.
