Before contacting GXS TradeWeb Client Support, have the following information available.
To send a mail message to the support organization, follow these steps.

1 | From your Company Trading Center or any Help page, click the Ask GXS TradeWeb icon. The Ask GXS TradeWeb page appears. |
2 | Scroll down to the Tell us about yourself section. |
3 | If necessary, type or change your name, phone number and e-mail address. |
4 | Complete the information related to your system setup. |
5 | From the links provided on the page, choose the area on the form that most closely matches the problem you have encountered. |
6 | Specify the problem you are having. |
7 | When you finish, click the Submit Request action in the navigation frame. |
